  • Pull-ups, push-ups, sprints, mountain climber, burpee, jumping jacks, and 60-second plank (3-5 sets each).
  • Pushing your body upstairs after stair climbing is another fantastic cardiovascular exercise. This is often considered to be the most effective workout for improving strength and power. Carrying a 10 kg pack also helps a lot.

Mr.Repudaman

So, hello everyone, I did shrikhand mahadev Kailash yatra with 3 September 2023 batch. The crowd was amazing and the team was really professional and helpful. They did everything possible and sometimes more than of what an average group will do. The team was constantly checking our health and were keeping records of it. Even if some people were trekking slowly the trek leader was there to help them and was regularly checking everything with everyone. The yatra to shirkhand mahadev was beautiful it was everything one can imagine. The trek had everything one can imagine, forest, rivers, waterfalls, grasslands, snow, glacier, rock climbing, flora, high altitude lakes, mineral, spritual significance and ofcourse really good crowd. The trek was amazing shrikhand mahadev Kailash yatra was really amazing and team HRI made it even better with the food they were offering. Only a group of people with great interest and experience can do it. Everything they were offering was directly focused towards the minerals we needed to complete our trek Whenever we had a problem he was there. I will strong recommend HRI for Shrikhand mahadev Kailash and ofcourse other treks as well.

Shree khand mahadev in July 2018

Did Shreekhand mahadev trek with HRI in July 2018 with bunch of my friends. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Our trek leader Vishal Thakur is one of the best trek leaders u will come across. He was very polite , friendly and a true leader who leads from the front. he was guiding us every now and while and helping and motivating each one of us. As it a very strenuous trek it does require a lot of effort but team HRI was very motivating and made sure we all reached the summit healthy, fit and fine and paid our prayers and tribute to lord Shiva. All the facilities provided were excellent and team HRI made sure it remains a never forgetting experience for all of us. Looking forward to have more thrilling experiences with team HRI.
